Overall we were very disappointed with First Choice, although hotel was very nice (Viva Blue, Majorca) the walls are paper thin so not much sleep!

The hotel in Morrocco we stayed at had no air conditioning even though it was hot. We were informed it was 4 star and did have it. Great service, 2nd to none. Fantastic bright uniform which is visible at airport. New planes were amazing for space. Also super bargain prices compared to other operators. Would definitely travel with first choice again!

Booked our wedding for Sept 08 and customer service since booking and paying is terrible. No regular updates apart from one call where I was told "come and pick up your paperwork". No special touches or effort from the staff, once they have your money they appear to forget about you.

Would not book them again - have been spoiled with Kuoni etc and these were dreadful. I got told by a rep a particular trip had not started for the season because she forgot to book it. I found out it had from another rep!

Poor service, staff appeared more interested in having there own good time at the back of the plane. Had to chase for drinks included with meals. It was a 12hour flight back from the Maldives and they did not give off the right impression in my opinion.
