arrived back today 15.9.09, family with a two year old. The complex is so big and impersonal. the staff are unhelpful and would rather not speak to you. the food was poor quality mass produced rubbish.the lifts were in constant use overnight causing a lot of noise and were supposed to be turned off ...

we have just arrived back from jupiter hotel and we can safely say we will never return. we went through 3 rooms in 2 weeks, the 1st room we arrived in that we thought was going 2 b a family room as we have 2 young children there was not enough room 2 swing a cat in. it had broken tiles on the floor ...

We have just returned from a week in the Saturno. I cannot praise the hotel enough. The food was great for both adults and children and the entertainment was superb.
