    I purchased the Acer TravelMate 8000 LMi Centrino and found that the customer service offered by the company is the worst of its kind.
    Keeps on hold for hours at a stretch and cuts the calls without even answering.

    Acer Travelmate 8000LMi bought and received a day late from Technoworld but they refunded shipping costs. However Acer customer service is non existent, they do not answer emails and do not answer the telephone. They keep you on hold for ages at 10p per minute which they make a profit from, then don ...
