Don't expect to be in a luxury gym as the price !!! dirty and staff doesn't help you with the work.. It has a sauna, steamroon and some other new machines but there are too many bad points to be able to recommend The Third Space gym, Soho

The Third Space has a steam room which is fantastic for those detoxing and improving their skin, inside the women's changing rooms. It has a sauna too and the gym's shower products include Redken and Molton Brown.

The Third Space, Soho - Not a bad gym overall, but I certainly would not put it in the top 10 gyms in London. Quite a few famous people have gone there & expect you to move out of the way once they are using a certain piece of equipment. Trainers can be quite rude. Gay friendly. Quite a few members ...
