our Aer Lingus flight was suposoto be flying nyc-dublin. they said it had "mechanical problems" we had to take virgin atlantic instead to london, then transfer on a connecting flight, virgin ended up being late, we missed the connecting flight and they lost our bags. then on the way home aer lingus ...

Flew from Heathrow to Cork rtn with Air Lingus, excellent friendly flight crew, good choice of food and drink available for purchase, arrived ten minutes early. no complaints what so ever and i fly this route regularly. Miles better than competitor.

Called Aer Lingus 8 different times. Each time the sale fare was available up until they went to book the names. What a scam of an airline. I will never take this airline. Horrible customer service reps. Most could barely speak english....

I regularly fly london to Ireland &back and have used Aer Lingus many times. They are always delayed( it may be better early in the day but the later flights are rarely close to time) All I care about on a 50 minute or so flight is punctuality and they are absolutely useless no sincere apologies e ...
