Before I booked my flight, I of course went on-line and read the reviews. I was terrified! I found a flight that was so much cheaper than all the other airlines and yet the reviews were bad. I booked it anyway; being on a budget constraint was my main reason for doing this. My flight with Iberia sta ...

I flew twice in a period of 4 weeks Iberia Business Class from Montevideo to Frankfurt. The first one with my wife (Mvd-Fra-Mvd) and the second with wife + kids. The overall experience was good but, with one exception: the first flights the food was really bad. Far away from Busines Class standard ...

Due to poor weather conditions we stranded in Madrid. The Iberia staff handled this in the worst possible way. When the flight was first cancelled, there was no information on what to do. There was a line of more than 200m for the customer service desk. The progress was slow, but after 3 hours of wa ...

This will be the first and only last time i use Iberia Airline. I will never, never, NEVER use them again. The flight was delayed by 90 minutes, the staff were uncooperative and unhelpful when we asked for advice about what to do concerning the delay and possibly missing our transit from Madrid to L ...

The worst flight ever! We bought tickets 6 months in advance and appeared at the Madrid airport 3 hours before our flight. Air Iberia informed us that it had overbooked the flight and we would have to fly standby. We could not get on the flight and went to the customer service desk for help. Air ...

Truly the worst flying experience of my life. They told us we were delayed due to fog at Madrid (later found out this was untrue), which meant we missed out connection to Guatemala. We then spent 4.5 hours in Madrid airport waiting for a hotel to be allocated and a new boarding card to be issued. ...

Do not, I repeat, do not fly with Iberia. This was our first and our last flight with them, ever! We are seasoned fliers and have never had an experience like this. They left late out of Paris, 4 hours, were given no updates, no food, no drink, nothing as we sat in the plane in Paris for 4 hours. We ...

The flight attendants are TERRIBLE! They showed up 2 times during an 8 hour flight: once for a dinner of cold beef and once for a snack of cold sandwiches. There was no drink service in between. When a man next to me asked for a drink of water for his sick daughter, he was yelled at! YELLED AT! ...

DO NOT EVER FLY WITH IBERIA, THEY WILL LOSE YOUR CASES, THEY WILL NOT ANSWER YOUR PHONE CALLS, THEY WILL LIE TO YOU, ALL IN ALL PAY A FEW EXTRA POUNDS AND GO WITH A GOOD AIRLINES, THEY ARE A BUNCH OF IGNORANT TWATS. AND IF I HAD THE CHANCE I WOULD JUT THE MANAGING DIRECTORS JACOBS OFF AND SHOVE THEM ...

Terrible experience. Lost 5 pieces of luggage (all). An inch of snow CLOSED Madrid airport diverting our flight to Malaga for a tarmac layover. Huge lines for customer "service" and re-booking was pure guess work at Madrid. It is my mission to inform every one of this nightmare. AVOID Iberian A ...
