    I am a frequent domestic US traveller and have also flown on 2 other foreign/international carriers. Iberia Air is the single worst overall airline that I have ever flown. I detest them and will never fly with them again.

    I strongly recommend to anyone who does not wish to be treated like cattle ...

    with out doubt Iberia Airlines is the worst business class flight i have taken
    this was a night flight and lights were only dimmed for max 2 hours
    seat would not recline along with 6 other passengers, picture on screen was
    blurred.
    as for staff they were the worst i have ever encountered after 30 ...

    Iberia lost my luggage in both directions-totaly uncooperative re. finding it.
    Staff obnoxious. Incompitent service. Food ineatable. Company a disgrace.

    Iberia is rubbish airline with old planes and poor service. I ordered a special meal and confirmed it prior to flight but they expressed no knowledge of it on plane and offered no alternative.     Iberian is a first class act!! Flight was on time within a few minutes (waiting our turn in Chacago) Food was great, customers service was fantastic!!     Horrible service with Iberia Airlines, terrible food, delayed and they lost my luggage. Moreover, when my luggage was delivered, it was completely destroyed.

    My trip was from Dulles to Rome (FCO). I was ready for the worst as most reviews have been awful but my experiance wasnt horrible. Iberia Airlines Flight left close to ontime (15 mins late), food was very good and the service was courteous.
