It is the third time we've booked extra leg room seats with
Britannia Airways at an extra £20 each, three times one of the seats has been next to the emergency exit where there is a great big box sticking out giving less space than a normal seat. Britannia not interested when I complained.

Britannia Airways have managed 1 thing, at least, and that is to be consistent. Consistently bad. On the 4 times I have flown with them I have never been satisfied by the airline. This was the return from our holiday in Puerto Pollensa, Majorca with Thomson Holidays which was very disappointing for a number of reason which I will not mention.

Britannia Airways are a Fantastic airline, can't complain about anything really. Flew to Girona in Sapin in August and the flights both ways were wonderful.
