Rude customer service. Baggage handling sucks. Customer service is non-existent. Unreliable flights, and Air France are disorganized about transporting passengers from terminals to terminals that are in transit. Zero value for ones hard earned money.

This airline is a good airline with fair products but has a problem with dealing with problems and does not know how to help passengers if something unscheduled happens.

All that can possibly be done badly with a flight - Air France did it all... will never fly with them again.Flew on the New York-Paris - Bangalore flight with my four year old son and it was a nightmare.

Well, what can I say except be careful when dealing with Air France check-in desks at the Bologna Airport in Italy. They are so very rude its almost comical.
Considering they are supposed to be the face of Air France, I am sure the airline should be more careful about who they hire.!!!
