The customer service is - incompetent -
the fees - abusive -
i would not recommend this card to anyone - they sent my daughter an application as soon as she enrolled in college - i tore it up and went with another company.

TERRIBLE CARD, TERRIBLE SERVICE, ABUSIVE PAST DUE FEES. I pay regularly, faithfully on the first of every month, and still get past due fees. I just shredded the card!!!!! Would NEVER recommend it.

After about three years they decided because of economic conditions they had to raise my rates. They raised them from 8.99 % to 13.99 %. A full 5 % raise. So much for a fixed rate card.
