    Bought a piece of jewellery from Bolton Middlebrook Argos for a birthday present and the staff were very friendly and very well trained about product knowledge she even sold me a gift box now thats what I call excellent customer service.

    I got a 3oz diamond cut gold bracelet at Elizabeth Duke at Argos, which at the time was a bargain.     The earrings can look good in the Elizabeth Duke at Argos catalogue, but they look awful when someone is wearing them! My girlfriends lobes went green. The jewellery is still wicked value for money though.

    I found if an item wasn't in one Elizabeth Duke at Argos store, they would reserve it for you in the other store. Staff were friendly and service was quick.
