Poor beyond most peoples ability to comprehend.
I think one of the best examples of this is when Pete Burns was on Celebrity Big brother. When it was revealed that Pete's coat was made from monkey fur, GMTV actually had a reporter in a zoo looking at monkeys to see if they looked like Pete's coat ...

GMTV is Scottish TV, so send it to Scotland.
They have that terrible presenter, Lorraine Kelly (a Scot), Lyn Foulds Wood (a Scot), the Weather girl (a Scot), and notice how the weather chart always has more time on Scotland!

I think GMTV is appalling. It has the perfect balance of banal commentary and insipid presenters to make getting up in the morning even more painful. I wake up to GMTV every weekday morning, I think it is quite informative and has the right balance of serious issues, and more light-hearted entertainment.
I loved the inch loss diets; I found it was motivating to others especially the last one, as they centred on specific body shapes.
