    I bought a laptop from the computer shop and when it got delivered(or should I say when I picked it up from local pacel force delivery depot because I was misinformed by shop on delivery date).     My computer was supposed to be delivered to the computer shop in 3 working days it took 3 weeks to evetually get it. I was not happy to begin with.
