Tiscali Broadband was the worst thing I ever did...they provided inaccurate information and were unable to meet their own deadlines. I am currently sending all my info to BBC Watchdog. Tiscali is a second-rate ISP and has a poor technical team as well...god help you if you're with Tiscali!

I just use the Tiscali dial up service on a LOCAL rate. 1p a minute. I can't justify broadband at the minute but if you want cheap, reliable dial up use Tiscali
