My wife lost her phone and quite sensibly, to avoid a claim process spent time looking for it before deciding it was lost and putting in a claim with Carphone Warehouse Mobile Phone Insurance.

When I first took out my phone contract I did ask for the insurance because it was a very expensive phone (Nokia N95 When it fist came out) and I wouldn ' t have been able to replace it myself! Carphone Warehouse have messed me around on several occasions involving insurance and other matters. I would strongly advise you do not deal with them.
