    When I first took out my phone contract I did ask for the insurance because it was a very expensive phone (Nokia N95 When it fist came out) and I wouldn ' t have been able to replace it myself!     I would never use these people again - persuaded to take this insurance as it was better than the carriers.This was so not the case - takes ages to get anywhere and keep delaying by coming back with loads of questions.     Carphone Warehouse have messed me around on several occasions involving insurance and other matters. I would strongly advise you do not deal with them.
