Flying Virgin is fine, but I would not book a holiday with them again. You have to chase everything as nobody calls you or sends important details like tickets. Flight times were completely out of sync with other times so around 4 days out of 14 were wasted 'travelling', rather than the normal 2.

If you go to the USA with Virgin Holidays expect problems, I was left at JFK for 3 hours no meet and greet after having paid for transfers to hotel.
