we celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary in feb 09 and wanted a special hol to celebrate.
Decided on a nile cruise and after weeks of checking out all available boats, in jan plumped for the 5 star ms terramar to be booked thru thomas cook.

my and my boyfrend got back from turkey this yer, our flight was on time but they took over 4 hours offloading our bags, which meant we missed our pre booked choach and thomas cook didnt even say sorry ans sed it wastent their problem that we missed our coach and we had to pay for the coach all over ...

Thomas Cook booked coach tours in Turky on our behalf. The night before the 1st tour was due to go they cancelled. They also cancelled the other tours. We were promised refund by local agent next day. Refund receipt not issued for 11 days, just prior to departure. Back home wrote to Customer Service ...

I had got a 'Best of Europe 2009' tour booked with Thomas Cook at Jaipur (India) and a cheque amounting to Rs. 50,000 (for two persons - the other being my wife) was deposited with them towards advance payment. A certificate to this effect was issued to me on 2 September 2009.
