    I am afraid they have lost a customer, I need to be able to trust the companies I do business with, and the first thing they need to improve to help regain this is their communication policy.

    Lowest On Web provide a quick response to order and goods arrived within a couple of days well packed and in good condition.

    I have purchased a rather expensive graphics card from LowestOnWeb and paid for next day delivery. It took them over a day to authorize payment through my credit card.

    I spoke with my credit card company to see if I could hurry it through and they stated they had not even received a request.
