Our flight was delayed over 7 hours, bank holiday pick up from durham teeside, spoke to Europcars call centre and branch, excellent customer service. Branch stayed open late to accomodate late arrival after 10 pm. could you ask for more?

Unbelievable shocking service from Europcar in Queenstown!! Vehicle was dirty, thought the staff were VERY RUDE and I had to wait for nearly an hour to get my car. No apology from the staff. Worst experience I have EVER had!!
I will not waste my time and money again!

Europcar is the 'partner' for easyJet. If renting form an airport where easyJet use, I would NEVER consider using europcar again. They gave us a car that worked, however, They overcharged us.
1. Gas: we returned the car with the gauge as they gave it to us and told us to return it as such (3/4 full), but were charged a fee for fuel and service.
2. Credit card billed unknown charges totalling over $100
