Sheisters! I prepaid everything before my trip, right down to $0 excess and 2 nd driver. Put simply, Europcar in our experience are to be avoided at all costs. They may well be one of the cheapest providers, with a large network of vehicles, but our experience is that their service is at best poor, and at worst dishonest.

Booked and prepaid on line, 6 months before holiday.
Office very very busy and only one girl on the desk. She DID speak really good English, so i was relaxed and thought it would all go without a hitch.
