Having had my Samsonite trolley case for under a year, I'm disappointed to say it's now useless. Although the case is well used, I would not expect the wheels to become misaligned so easily on a product supplied by a company with Samsonite's reputation.

Their solid luggage is excellent and Samsonite Europe could not have been more helpful and pleasant on the phone (which they answer quickly).

I've only used a half a dozen times. The zipper was always stuck and now it's broke. The case is also too heavy.
