Bought Antler Size Zero less than a month. After first trip stitching started to come apart. Antler say that it is wear and tear and won't honour 7 year warranty. The Antler warranty sounds good until you find out they won't help. There is not a scratch to indicate the case was mishandled by air car ...

In general Antler provide quality products. Despite quality and general high prices it proved impossible to buy a new wheel for an Antler case less than one year old because "we no longer keep spare parts"

I had no problem returning it to the store in Leeds. The assistant was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to give good customer service.

Great lightweight suitcase, which is unfortunately is not fit for purpose. On arriving in the USA the 1st suitcase made it to the taxi and then the handle refused to go down. On our return 14 days later the 1st suitcase still refused to budge and whilst in departures terminal the 2nd suitcase suffer ...

Antler Litestream Overnight/Cabin Roller-Case well designed and lighter than other similar bags. Antler claims it's suitable for cabin luggage with most major airlines but doesn't fit in cabin luggage measuring box for a Jet2 flight.
