    Thomas cook really messed up our booking regarding the bagage. Customer service were bordering on rude even though it was there mess up.     I have been fighting Thomas Cook for 4 months now and they have started to ignore me.

    Our holiday to the Dominican Republic started bad with a 22 hour delay and we had to spend the night in a Gatwick hotel but were not given our luggage back so had to wear same clothes the following day.

    Arrived 50 minutes early going but unfortunately engine problems on return and 28 hour delay hence only 4 stars.     Thomas Cook Airline really need to clean the cabin area , especially as this is your space for 10 hours, you really should not have to wipe crumbs off your chair, use a wet wipe to clean your table and tv screen, I had a bad one both ways, and lastly the food is an insult.

    Never had so little leg room on any other charter flight. I would never ever use Thomas Cook Airline again as it made a 3 and a half hour journey intolerable. And I am only 5 ft. 6 inches tall.
