BT Automated answering system long and repetitive. When you do actually speak to somebody you have to repeat many of the options already selected on the automated service and if you are transferred to another department they repeat the same questions again. All in all, very frustrating. The fact ...

I changed to AOL calls, this was confirmed by BT, I even had them phoning me to go back to them. Then I got my bill from them, and they had put advanced charges for the services that had been cancelled. They are insisting the bill cannot be changed, and I have to pay this now and it will be refunde ...

I spent 7 hours trying to sort out problems with BT. In my experience they are a shockingly bad organisation to deal with - not recommended.

I thought that BT could cope with me moving house, and that it would be a simple procedure. It wasn't. After many phones calls trying to speak to someone, we manage to set up a new account, for our new house. Previously we were paying £16 per month - but just after moving house we now have ...

For the price the customer service needs to be a lot better quality. They must also ensure the correct info is given to customers - my biggest gripe! BT does have some good points, but for me the bad points outweigh them.

I have found BT to provide the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My story begins 15 months ago when I had problems with Pipex and was about to move house so decided to switch to BT who assure me they could provide Broadband. Initially I was told it would take up 2 weeks as there was ...

I have a line that runs across a moderately busy road and connects my house to a telephone/electricity line. In the middle of April this line was damaged (possibly by a high sided vehicle) and thus far, today being the 21st of July, BT have been "unable" to repair it citing a number of issues includ ...

I foolishly answered the phone to BT back in April, a cold sales call asking if I would like to "come back to BT". After I was misinformed about the BT Vision package (I was told the TV channels came down the broadband line) I agreed to go over to their combined landline/broadband/BT Vision package. ...

Bt misinformed me re line activation, I received poor customer service and was provided with different dates for the same service and then they missed appointments. BT are a company that I will avoid.

Having spoken to over 30 staff members over a three week period, I can only guess that BT are simply the most fundamentally disorganised company, lacking even a primitive level of customer service. I have been attempting to get a BT line activated in a new house (the previous tenant had a BT line, a ...
