    i can't believe BT they use to be Great once and now all of a sudden it's got worse why i ain't sure maybe it's the stupid customer services. please watch out and becareful don't sign up to their offers complete disaster from the start THE CONTRACTS ARE RUBBISH no help from the support

    Excellent product(s) ruined by a lousy customer service & attitude, uncompetitive pricing etc. If you complain hard enough the guys at the top arguably are learning that they need to do better but once it pops back down to the minions & indians it soon goes awry again.     I regret signing up with BT, I let them convince me not to change to save hassle of setting up new broadband by offering me a good price, since then plagued by billig errors, over charged for both line rental and broadband, take for ever for money to be recreditect with dreadful customer service now ...

    I have been a BT customer for ever! Now looking to change if I can find a company with decent customer service - they all seem a bad as each other. Have alook at Which Reports - customer service levels are dreadful for most providers.

    5 hours wasted trying to speak with sombody who could help, always on hold, cut off once and still no conclusion except it may cost me money to fix their fault!!!

    Appalling customer service. Please be aware that if you buy a BT product you are unlikely to be supported if you need assistance.     If you are thinking of going to BT DON'T! Seriously, all I asked for was a new line and broadband to be installed at my house. 4 weeks and 3 engineers (thinking they where here to do something else) later... NO phone line and NO
    Broadband. Although, wait for it... I got charged for it.

    I moved to BT in January 2009. Was quoted 17.50 for unlimted calls to national lines, 8 Meg Broadband with unlimited usage and free 2nd broadband line and phone. At the time it was cheaper than anywhere else so I jumped at the offer as would anyone in times where saving money is essential.
