    Alicante is a popular area to visit, with lots of good features. Benidorm is a favourite destination, and deservedly so as it is clean, quite up market and packed with features that would appeal to virtually anyone. It is some distance from the airport, but connections are not too bad.

    The Alicante Airport arrivals area has a well priced cafe/bar, with a reasonable selection, but can get very crowded, as indeed the whole airport can. On the whole though it's pleasent enough, as airports go. Departure area is throughfully laid out with view over the tarmac and comfortable seats and ...
