People are saying that there is not enough bass. This is because people without musical ears just judge earphones on how much thumping bass there is. The sound should be balanced with crisp highs aswell as full bass. These e3c's offer all round sound.

I was looking for a good pair of earphones for about £100 for my ipod Nano. Saw reviews that Shure E2c's were good, so when I found Micro Anvik selling the E3c's at 1/2 price (£75), I bought them immediately, thinking I had a bargain. However the sound was absolute trash and so harsh th ...

I urge you not to buy the Shure E3c earphones!
I feel terrible for what I'm about to say but I think the public should know?... after months of trawling threw countless reviews on what ear/headphones to buy I decided to buy a set of Shure E3c's... what a huge mistake.

I bought the Shure E3c headphones, and only had them for three days before I sold them. I was very disappointed indeed. There was no bass at all and they caused pain in my ears.

Hi all. These Shure E3c are my first ear canal headphones and I must say that I will not go back to any other headphones. I've had numerous headphones like seinheissers, Bose noise cancellation and other regular earphones. This certainly takes the cake. For certain, this beats Bose Quiet comfort han ...

Am I missing something here? Let me see. If Apple ipod standard earbuds sound so much better when physically held closely in the ear canal, why don't they design it in such a way that they will stay snug all by themselves? Hey, I think the standard iPod buds are pretty darn good, I don't care what a ...

I purchased these Shure E3c Headphones from the Apple Shop to use on my iPod and was a bit worried about the cost of these as they were £119, but I need not have been.

The only advice I would say is that these earphones do not come to their best until burned in, what I mean by this is that ...

Tried all sorts of phones with all sorts of results. The Shure E3c are the best ever, although long periods of use can be wearing, but as I work a 12 hour night shift, I'm getting used to it.
