I flew on this airline for 20 years. I am done. Calling their customer service line is like calling the Vatican. Gee how fun is it to first sit in the plane for 4 hours, then go to a cheap hotel, then go back to the airport and sit around for another 7 hours waiting for a plane to take you to Boston ...

Lot is definitely the worst airline I have ever flown on. The service was terrible. The stewardesses act as if they are doing you a favor by being on the plane. The plane was delayed forever. When I changed planes in Warsaw it took hours and the airport was not heated so I sat and shivered for hours ...
