Be careful in case you want to change a flight. Besides the CHF 200.- for change of flight they didn't offer me a seat for weeks. I fly about 30 times a year, Swiss are by far the most consistant and best Airline I know.
The staff if friendly and helpful, not as bossy and patronizing as on BA or many other airlines.

suggest to the people in charge of E-booking to try several other airlines (Esayjet, Air France for instance) in order to know how to make a "user friendly" web sit reservation. Every time I want to book swiss, after a while a switch to another airlines since yr website is so complicated...
