    I booked a direct flight from Calgary to Ottawa that was supposed to land at 4:30 p.m. The plane began its descent but then quickly flew back up in the air.     machine was 2 hours late - no communication from check-in staff
    aboard only minimum service {(water)
    young, unexperienced staff that was overplaying problems trying to be funny
    i think i will pay a bit more in the future and book a different airline

    both flights delayed. service on edmonton to vegas flight was terrible(maybe westjet should hire more experience, cabin crew averaged 20 to 25 years old) temp. on board terribly warm. asked only once for a drink during the 3-hour flight and received a warm can-no glass. rudest attitude i have ever e ...

    WestJet is slipping and is becoming just another Airline. On-time Performance is only at 67.1%. Wait time for the call-in center is over 60 minutes.

    Ticket pricing fluctuates on a weekly basis and there is often no motivation for purchasing a ticket well in advance, since seat sales are frequent (and still won't guarantee the best price). "X number of tickets left at current price" is made more confusing because a drop in pricing is as possible ...

    from the time of checking in at 5.30 a.m. the smiles and the good humour just started our day and our trip to a great start..i have flown many airlines and i never had a such a great experience as with west jet
