We have just returned from a long weekend visiting family in Bergen. We booked with SAS who had a sale on and we received nothing but excellent service. The 8.35pm flight from Gatwick was not very full, but the plane was newish, clean and very comfortable - a 737 -400. The crew were friendly and hel ...

I'm frequently travelling between Germany and Norway, SAS being often the only choice. Punctuality is not in the vocabulary of SAS, flights are often cancelled for the obvious reason of not being fully booked. Rebooking in such cases is a nightmare at the desk at Gardermoen, takes at least 90min if ...

I paid 3000NOK (~500USD) for a 2.5hrs return flight to Iceland and had to pay for a glass of water ! Service is poor and even encountered once on another SAS Scandinavian Airlines flight where the crew were reading the newspapers at the rear and I had to asked them to make space for me to enter the ...

I took a flight with SAS airlines from Dusseldorf to Kiev through Copenhagen. It was my first trip with SAS airline. From Copenhagen to Kiev flight # 1738. I was very tired from the previous SAS flight and took a different seat in the same class cabin. There were at least 15 open seats. The flight a ...

US staff was really nice and cabin crew from IAD to Copenhagen were professional though not really friendly. At least they don't nickel and dime you on food, drink or headphones. Once you get past the US check in, the staff aren't very friendly. The big problem for me, though, was the seven hour l ...

SAS Scandinavian Airlines are my first choice when going overseas. Nice cross Atlantic flights. Usually on time. Friendly staff. Only first drink free.

I recently travelled with SAS to Sweden and found them to be very polite and professional. One of the best airlines I have travelled with in many years of flying. Will definitely use them again if I need to.

I'm a frequent flyer with many airlines, and usually prefer flying with SAS. Very professional crew. High standard on the planes and the service is okay service. Punctuality used to be poor, but it is much better now.

Crew Onboard are usually wonderful - attentive, friendly & service minded. The new long haul business class cabins are roomy and seats very comfortable, with brilliant service and great food, wine, and IFE. Flights are seldom late, and overall I find Scandinavian Airlines to be one of the better carr ...

Excellent and also much cheaper than the direct BA flight. Flew from London via Copenhagen to Tokyo and in business the food, wine and legroom were great on an overnight flight. Crew also excellent. Long walk for connection at Copenhagen
