I bought a Blackberry 3 weeks ago with a Free Ipod. They gave me a fake Royal Mail track Number so I couldn't Track my parcel. My parcel supposed to be delivered on Thursday but it didn't. Apparently was delivered on Saturday by DHL (surprise...) and someone, not me, signed for it.

Ordered a phone and £10 top up. Phone arrived but no top up been credited to phone. Tried phoning but everything automated. Sent several e mails but no responses to any of them and guess what still no top up on phone. Do not touch this company.

dial a phone are out to rip off as many people as they can.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM
Their Customer Service is a Total Joke.
Their attitude towards customers when you can eventually speak to them is next to useless.
You don't get what you have been invoiced for.
Their auto phone system is like talking ...
