Poor value Poor quality Poor service all from Max Spielmann branch in Manchester. Never again, thought they went bust, sure they will soon with this level of service.Some of our wedding photos that were on a SD media card all got wiped by the machine and after 8 weeks with promise of fixing the issu ...

i took my wedding photos to max spielmans in halifax, was gutted when we got them back, 5 films in all. the majority, on all 5 rolls, has a blue tint to them!! absolutely terrible.....

I took a cd there with a picture that I needed printing to a poster. The first attempt resulted in black dots printed every square inch. They agreed to reprint it, but the second time it had a white line down the poster. They agreed to print it again... and I am still waiting for them to call me to ...

We took 20 video tapes to be made into DVD's into our local Max Speilman (rugby) in November 2007 which were supposed to be a Christmas/50th Birthday present for my Dad. Got some photographs back this morning. Some prints have lines down, but the general quality is poor. Under magnification, there is very coarse grain, which is not the fault of the film (Kodak) or the excellent Fuji camera, which has always given top class results before. I wonder if they're prin ...

Seven shops in this area( Nottingham ) all with same telephone number. No answer after ringing five times. Staff informed a lady her film was not there, and might ( probably ) be in Arnold.
