    Had to return the sony dvd cinema system 3 times to be repaired in the first 5 months. It is virtually impossible to get through to the Techtronics customer service dept. and when you do they are rude and obnoxious. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

    Techtronics has had harsh press here, in my opinion they were great - but the Tv that i ordered was in stock and delivered within the 10 days stipulated, it seems that if the item is not in stock problems occur.
