McCulloch Tivoli 63 Petrol Hedge Cutter

I have had it for 14 months - it has always been difficult to start. The pamphlet is not a great help.

Took it back to Machine Mart who replaced the cord winder. It was still difficult to start.

I stopped it half way though cutting the hedge, when I went to ...

The McCulloch Tivoli 63 Petrol Hedge Cutter has a powerful cut, it managed my large laurel hedge in an afternoon, but I feel it is a poor starter. Mine took a long time to start first time but when I tried it again this spring, it would not go. It is back with the shop now who refunded me my money w ...

I live in France and bought the McCulloch Tivoli hedge cutter in the UK. When I returned home I had great difficulty starting it. Eventually I got it going but it ran just for 5 minutes and was then impossible to restart. I sought help from Husqvarna UK who took 24 days to answer my email messages a ...

Obviously I am not happy with the short life of this McCulloch Tivoli 63 Petrol Hedge Cutter, at 15 months old it started to get very hot and stopped and i have been told that it will not be cost effective to have it repaired.

The McCulloch Tivoli 63 Petrol Hedge Cutter has been a waste of time and money, I bought from Cheapmowers Ltd who I feel were not helpful at all when I contacted them and explained my difficulty, i,e. one useless hedge trimmer. I have wasted £164.95. Buyers beware!

Personally, I bought the McCulloch Tivoli 63 Petrol Hedge Cutter primarily for about 40m of hedge and general bush trimming a good distance from any electric supply. Prior experience with electric trimmers suggested a more powerful machine was required.
The swivel handle is a necessity for good con ...

I bought a McCulloch Tivoli 63 Petrol Hedge Cutter 14 years ago, and it's worked very well for me. You have to get the hang of using some choke initially, and then running without choke, but that's normal for any small petrol engine like device like this; I've never failed to get it to start. The ma ...

We have petrol stimmers, chain saws, etc so we are not new to this type of equipment - I think it has to be the worst ever.
