Was there again in September, still the best place to go for holiday & atmosphere. Respect for the staff for making it so memorable. Cheers to our Irish friends for all the laughs. Will be back next year.

Having been to the Elen hotel 13 times now with mates, girlfriend.
The place is fab for meeting people 9even at 47) still get chatted up, there is a famous road called the beach road which has the most amazing choice of nightlife from foam parties to r&b clubs to rave and trance and a good selection ...

The Elen Hotel is one of the most friendly and unassuming hotels I have ever been to. Been going here for more than 10 years, can't fault it, I love it, need I say more. Bad points non zero.

The Elen is part of Malia folklore. Rooms 19 and 12 are a personal recommendation. Also, generally around the time of August Bank Holiday weekend is a great time to visit as many friends of the Elen gather to enjoy the past and indeed future history being made. My first impressions of the hotel was awful because the toilets are completely disgusting, it was never cleaned properly. Our bed sheets wasn't changed when we arrived at our rooms. It had lots of ants that went on the bed. Drinks are over priced. I would not recommend it for anyone to stay especial ...

Yeah OK so the Elen Hotel is dated and there isn't any air con but the people are wicked and can't do enough for you. The pool has loads of loungers, so you're never stuck for a space. Food is served all day and you are 2 minutes away from the start of the Malia strip. The hotel isn't a 5 star, yet ...
