Xerox have the worst reputation for customer services, I ignored this advice at my cost. Faulty goods so contacted Xerox and I have waited over 4 months for my replacement, they collected the faulty unit, and left me with no refund. Sick of phoning and emailing, in short never purchase from Xerox.
