    For a 4 star hotel the service and accommodation was not up to the standard I would have expected. Reception staff seemed very disorganised and not overly customer friendly, whilst booking us in she answered the phone. I would suggest more training was needed! Any problems were not resolved very ...

    Despite the treatment being wonderful, a larger proportion of my day was spent being aggravated by the lack of service etc. I certainly would never recommend this spa as a relaxing venue.

    The manager at Nutfield Priory Hotel Spa stated the Sunday lunch is inexpensive and that is what you get.     Nutfield Priory Hotel Spa:

    Do not go to Nutfield Priory Hotel Spa.
    The food is average but the service is terrible. The staff are in chaos. The management (once you manage to get hold of a manager) are unable to do anything to help or control the staff.
