The new Virgin Active in Twickenham is a real disappointment and certainly should not be a 'Classic Club'. They lack a lot of basic equipment that you would expect to find in any gym like back extension and machines to exercise your abs.

DO NOT JOIN THE DIAMOND MEMBERSHIP!!! Roll over contract, Virgin do not remind you that your year is up and it's due to roll over to another year, the 12th payment is when you CAN cancel however this is not 12months time - ie you join July but your 12'th payment is in May - not July!!
