A typical expensive gym with low quality standards:- the pool is too small and always fool with too many people; I couldn't swim many times!- sauna is small and u need to queu sometimes- reception stuff not friendly

Generally, if you want to get out of the contact you cant even if you have a valid reason to cancel like your health. I cancelled my membership giving 3 months notice and thought that was the end of it. Unfortunately they have been taking money from my account, without a DD, every month since. Trying to find someone to sort this out has been impossible!!!

Esporta are quick enough off the mark to write and charge you £15 for missed payment.

I advise prospective members to ask members and to compare value. Esporta cares about the joining and membership fees: apparently it cares nothing for the quality of service members experience. As a longterm full member with Esporta, I am now leaving to seek a better experience elsewhere.

Joined a couple of months ago. contract was explained very clearly. have found the facilities very good.taught how to use equipment and why beneficial. overall very happy with club and my general fitness has improved
