Absolutely dire. LA Fitness just closed the only gym near me for a two week refurbishment. Gave me no notice whatsoever. They will not refund two weeks membership fees. No possibility of cancelling. Even when the gym was open, it was dark, sweaty and impossible to get on the equipment.

Worst.Company.Ever. Essentially they tell you very nice things to get you to sign. Once you have become a member they stop caring about you entirely, are unresponsive to comments and unwilling to engage in a dialogue. Do not join Croydon LA Fitness.
