This Dyson DC11 Telescope is a bulky badly designed machine. It looks the part, but is just too bulky to be of any real use, the reason all other vacume cleaner hoses and floor attatchments look the same is it really is the best design,

This has got to be the most useless vacuum/suction cleaner going. If you have got a brush and shovel then save your money. It is absolutely useless when used on any kind of carpet. Dyson salespeople should advise potential purchasers that if carpets are the main floor covering to be cleaned the buye ...

I do not recommend the DC11. After less than a year the suction all but disappeared. All Dyson could suggest was a new powered head which they provided quickly and for free, but with no effect.

Dyson DC11 Telescope is noisy and awkward to use and is not a patch on the DC5 which was owned previously. Have spent more time unblocking than actually using and have given up and use an ordinary floor brush instead.

I bought this machine after believing all the hype about suction taking half the time to vacuum. Ha! What a load of rubbish. Whereas I can't fault it for dust, but as for picking up bits of fluff, cotton etc. from those annoying bedroom carpets it is useless. I end up getting down on my hands and kn ...

I have two of these and they are both used daily in my B&B business, they are both over two years old, and still going strong.

One of the turbo heads stopped spinning, I called Dyson and they sent a replacement with no quibble.

I wash the filters once week and at the same time I flush the dust ...

I've owned this machine for just over two years and wouldn't you know, as soon as the warranty gave out, so did the plastic cuff that holds the extending wand together.
We all know what a pain it is putting this thing together and then taking it apart to store (after having to vacuum and completel ...

There are much BETTER vacum cleaners than the Dyson DC11 Telescope out there - see above.

The Dyson DC11 Telescope vacuum cleaner is a pain to use. The telescope function is really annoying!

The filter needs constant cleaning to enable even poor pick up performance.

Massive hype and price for very poor, painful performance.
