    McVities Jaffa Cakes are easily digestible and full of carbohydrates.
    Great for us ultra distance runners!

    They are a classic biccie.

    Nibble Jaffa Cakes slowly, take your time. Savor each one because there are not many in a pack :(

    However, Aldi do a passable alternative. You'd be hard pushed to tell the difference!

    I would recommend McVities Jaffa Cakes to anyone, the new flavours are delicious too, although I don't think they are superior to the original Jaffa orange flavour, I can munch a whole pack of which ever flavour in one go.     Ahhh, Jaffa-cakes. Stuck in the no-man's land between a cake and a biscuit, these anarchists among the biscuit/cake world are delicious.
