    Terrible, terrible, terrible 0/5

    Don't answer emails in time period they state
    Call Centre staff rude and obstructive (else company structure to blame)
    Chased me for money (aggressively) I didn't owe them
    Expensive

    We've just been charged £84, plus a threat of £144 legal fees and visits from the debt collectors. We cancelled Pipex in March, but they claim never to have received our cancellation letter (they make you send a letter rather than communicate via email which would be traceable).

    Hi one and all, Pipex are supplying a very expensive and poor service. It costs you every time you have to phone for support, and that is often. They blame you end every time, with you buying new filters, leads etc only to get "No dial tone". They should have there licence to operate revoked. I cann ...

    I originally subscribed to bulldog which was subsequently taken over by pipex. Since then the technical and customer service support has been hopeless and they make unsubscribing very difficult - it took me four months to get rid of them.     I wouldn't recommend Pipex to an enemy, letalone a friend! I've been a customer for 15+ years, and they used to be a great company to deal with. In the last few years, as they've passed from one owner to another, they've become a total nightmare, especially for customer support.

    PIPEX and TISCALI are hopeless. I was previously a Bulldog customer, but Bulldog was taken over by Pipex, (since taken over by Tiscali). I now pay my bill to Pipex, whose site I use to access email and other services provided.
