U.S. Bank has extremely poor customer service. They will get big zero If the bank close your account before you know it. Especially you are with them 24 years and with the reason "irregular activity". Still they can not explain why...I don't know why..All I know I don't have a account with them. ...

US Bankcorp customer service sucks, no help, had to call 3 different banks. you don't know how to help customers, you're rude. $8.00 a day for overdraft protection. Give me a break. I went over by $.52, and didn't get a letter in the mail for 2 weeks! Thats' over $50. You're bank takes hard wor ...

I think the US Bank should modify its overdraft charges if they want to have customers. I have just closed my account with them. The overdraft fees was three times the actual overdraft amount since they charge you $7.00 a day. TCF Bank does not charge you like US bank-they do have an overdraft fee b ...
