    T-Mobile's SOLO plan was a total disaster, as are their records, accounts, and customer service. I had 3 months of SOLO, found I was put onto both versions by mistake and was also being charged for all phone calls as though I was still on their former PAYG plan.

    Awful! Tied into a very lengthy contract and the phone after just a few weeks wouldn't work - clearly defective. Took it back and it was sent off for repair.     Being a T-mobile broadband customer has been a very frustrating experience. I have persistent connection problems. Somehow the network causes a '400 bad request' error after several minutes of connection and forces me to re-connect. This becomes extremely annoying when I have to reset the connection ...

    I have been with t-mobile for over four years. At the start they where Brilliant obviously keeping new customers sweet.
