T-Mobile's SOLO plan was a total disaster, as are their records, accounts, and customer service. I had 3 months of SOLO, found I was put onto both versions by mistake and was also being charged for all phone calls as though I was still on their former PAYG plan.

Being a T-mobile broadband customer has been a very frustrating experience. I have persistent connection problems.
