I have been happy with my Tefal 616119 Steam Cuisine 3 Tier except for the fact that basic replacement parts are unobtainable. Fragile plastic basket bases. Lugs broke on two out of three only after a few uses. But where do I get parts?

If you don't mind it looking scruffy after a few uses then this is an item that works well. However I'm not happy about the broken lug after only a few uses as the cost of replacing this part is prohibitive.

I have gone out and bought a Tefal 616119 Steam Cuisine 3 and this is by far the best I have used since buying my other steamer, this one is dearer but is better all round. I have better baskets now than I had on my old steamer. In short if you want a good steamer buy Tefal but be very careful on ...

Tefal 616119 Steam Cuisine 3 Tier - £25 to produce perfect veg and rice, use far less electricity than on the hob. Now absolutely indispensable and we've never boiled a vegetable since buying it.
