    bonucey I'm not 100% sure about that with the Nike Shox Monster, I also own a pair of Adidas bounce, and they aren't bouncey either. they are comfy to walk on tho. best suited to people with narrow feet, and mid arches. those with high arch should look else where. people who roll out will feel them ...

    Have bought other nike shoes before which have lasted longer, but 4 weeks, "they are very fast".

    Like all Nikes, Shox run small. If you are between sizes, chances are you will need to size up.

    These Nike Shox Monster trainers are the only trainers I will ever wear because they are so comfortable and take a lot of pressure off your ankle and are very good for running or playling basketball, which they originated from.
