A good drink to have when you are in a game. Better then drinking a soda before you go out on the field.

Gatorade is a good energy drink. As per most, they give electrolytes (which give energy), simple sugars (taste, energy), and it's non-fat.
The powdered kind that you make on your own is good for you and doesn't contain fructose, but stay away from the bottled kind that comes in most vending machi ...

The Gatorade drink is pretty good in taste, and when fuelling u up for energy in sports it does also pretty good, it definitely gives u a lot more energy then water for sure, go buy this for energy.
