For instance, at the central York branch at lunchtime today, service was dreadfully slow, depite there being only a moderate amount of cus ...

Oh how I wish I had been a "Mystery Shopper". Desparate for a good coffee called in to this cafe nero outlet with my partner. Ordered two Latte's. Girl taking order continued talking to her colleague and after preparing two cups, asked me very casually if I wanted "something" on my Cappacinno!(sic) ...

I have been buying my coffee at this branch of cafe nero for about 2-1/2 years now 5 days a week. The early morning (9am) staff just couldn't be better. Very very professional, great memories and the coffee is good too.
A thought for the management of Cafe Nero. If these people think of leaving do ...

I like Caffe Nero a lot and of all the large coffee chains I would rather pick Nero's than any of the others. I have visited number of the outlets all over England and have always found the staff to be friendly and very efficient. I especially like the loyalty card that you can get and although I d ...

Cafe Nero - It's good to have a choice of strength of coffee. Friendly staff even when busy. Loyalty cards are a good idea.
Always look for a Neros first when we want a coffee. Muffins are excellent. Paninis are good too.

My friend, who is allergic to nuts found a peanut in a muffin she was told was nut free.
Milk in her tea smelt stale.
I have to say i ordered a Mocha Latte And it was very nice,
though a little strong.
My double chocolate biscotti was very nice, even though I thought it had a random taste of raw e ...
