In my experience I feel the bad points of the Motorola HS820 are -
    1. Crackly sound
    2. Erroneous manual - e.g button to be pressed is stated wrongly
    3. Quiet audio I feel
    4. The piece that suppose to be put around the ear, is too small for my ears.
    5. The 'loud-speaker' is placed somewhere for the e ...

I have had this little device for about 2 years now and am very satisfied with it. Simple to use. Comfy to wear and have been able to pair it with all the phones I have owned.

Good comfort, Good sound, therefore a good headset. I also like that I can use it on my ps3.

Really find this to be an awful piece of kit. To add insult to injury Motorola sent this to replace a HS810 which died under warranty as apparently they no longer carry the HS810. Kept as an emergency back-up, but rarely used!

I have had no complaints as far as echos go with the Motorola HS820, found it quite clear although this is the first Bluetooth headset i've owned so nothing to compare to really.

Apart from the voice activation, which would be useful otherwise you still need to pick up the phone whilst driving to ...

The Motorola HS820 bluetooth headset was great when I first bought it. I read the reviews and was sort of doubtful of the fact that they were negative, but I still bought the device. Now it is confirmed that this device is not good. The cost was admirable, but the quality of the headset is garbag ...

I have to hold the Motorola HS820 bluetooth headset in place so I can hear, which defeats the object somewhat.

I am very disappointed. It came free with my phone, but if I'd paid for it I would have taken it back.

The Motorola HS820 bluetooth headset is very difficult to sync quickly to my Sony Ericsson phone.

It is also difficult to turn off, so it is difficult to conserve battery life.

Everyone complained that they could not hear me, and I had to hold the set right against my jawbone to say anything, ...

I have never owed a Bluetooth headset before today. I have used the Motorola HS820, and I don't know if it's because I'm a small girl, but it feels like it flaps around on my ear, and feels like it will fall off. Is this usual for headsets (maybe I need to get used to it)? Some people say I sound fa ...
