We attended a wedding at Peckforton Castle, Cheshire, in March 2009. The location, scenery and look of the Castle is excellent but the staff don't seem to be trained in customer service.

Peckforton castle is a beautiful place, it's just a shame the magic didn't extend to the service. Some staff were very unaccommodating and seemed overly focused on how much profit they were making. Due to the genuine authenticity of the building and surroundings, I appreciate that it is hard to alter too much of the surroundings due to it's grade 1 listed status.
