Cineworld is the only cinema in Ipswich; making it quite hard to compare to others. Although the refreshments are insanly overpriced they are of good quality and the large popcorns and drinks are good value. The seats are OK but some of them are ripped, the drink holders broken and some of the seats ...

Cinema is a short walk from the DLR and has a Car Park next door, though this can be expensive. Never seem to have to queue to buy tickets but if you want to buy food tahts a different story. the queue for popcorn and drinks is always long.

Milton Keynes Cineworld is very comfortable with a good choice of films. Problem is every sole in Milton seems to spend their weekend evenings in tyhe place. Its packed evry weekend. You have to queue to buy tickets, then to buy food and then to pass through to the screens. Maybe more staff are need ...

Cineworld in Rugby always has ample free parking, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the films on offer. I have never had to queue either to buy tickets or to egt through to the correct screen, though sometimes there can be a queue for drinks and food (why do cimenas now offer fresh filt ...

Cineworld, Stockport is Cheaper then most cinemas.
Has all the main films showing.
Never that busy, but the screens are too small.
The seats are worse then economy class on an aircraft - FAR worse for that matter.
My popcorn was cold and tasteless.

Cineworld cinema seating is not particularly comfortable, parking is expensive nearby, the food & drinks are expensive and not that good quality (not much vegetarian options) - they are obviously out to make as much money as possible at the expensive of customer service and quality. Sometimes the qu ...

On the whole Cineworld offers a poor service in a competitive market, they offer a lot in advertising but in reality the customer is paying over the odds for what they can get at the local independent cinemas, which offer a better customer service and don't really get bums on seat for blockbuster mo ...

Ipswich Cineworld. I had bought a monthly Unlimited pass for my 12 year old son. After 6 months, he was refused entry to a 12 certificate film, and when he put me on the phone to them, the staff refused to check his age on their registered details (which when I later called the help centre, was exa ...
